Add "Basic Policy Info" as dynamic table for reusable sections

Basic Policy Information being its own reusable section creates a spacing issue within the proposal, because it is only one table and then 3/4 of the page remains blank. There is not currently a way to reduce spacing between two reusable sections without doing so manually in Word, and this still creates spacing issues.

Basic policy information should be added as an option when adding dynamic tables to a section so all the information can be together on one page. Otherwise, the customer has to manually create a table within each section to pull this info and it makes the process more tedious.
