When we have a large schedule table in Proposal Builder if the table rolls over to subsequent pages the column headers do not go as well. This creates a pretty generic looking table on the subsequent pages. Is there a way to make the header row duplicatre on extended pages?

Also, tables that are larger than a page seem to often start on a new page, even if the only thing on the page it should have started on is just the table title.
