Spacing Between Elements - Spacing Block or Ability to have 2 Text Types in One Text Block

An update to the system caused a spacing between every element, which makes for a sloppy output in Word or PDF. Also, there is no ability to have two text types in one element (Subheading and Body), so we have to manually remove every space that we do not want after export. There should be an ability to have a spacing element that you can drag into the template builder (like the line or page break features) when you want the spacing between elements.

Photo attached shows how the gapping looks on export and how it looks in a table. We want the data right underneath the subheading. We only would want spacing in certain spots.
