Currently, Proposal Builder does not offer the ability to copy an existing proposal or create a new version from an already built proposal. This functionality would be extremely valuable for workflows where we need to produce multiple proposal versions for the same client, adjust options, or make small changes without rebuilding the document from scratch. Adding this capability would save significant time, reduce repetitive work, maintain record documentation, and help maintain consistency.
Requested Feature:
A “Copy,” “Duplicate,” or “Create New Version” button within Proposal Builder that allows users to quickly generate a new proposal using content, formatting, and custom edits from an existing proposal.

Consistent formatting across versions
Trackability version history if offering multiple options
