Currently subsections cannot be deleted, they can only be hidden. Any subsections created at the Proposal level by a service person should have a delete option. They user has the ability to delete sections from the proposal, so why not subsections. Example, they added a subsection and then decided they didn't want it. Can't delete it, can only hide it. The highlighted is an example of a subsection added, but now can't delete.
