Merge and Center Cells for Multi-Building Addresses

Issue: When a single address includes multiple buildings (e.g., Administration/Dorms, Residential Home/Cottage, School, Counseling Building, Tennis Court), each building currently needs its own row, repeating the address, city, and state every time. This makes the table longer and busier than it needs to be.

Requested Enhancement: Add the ability to merge the address, city, and state cells across all rows tied to the same location, and center that merged information vertically so it lines up cleanly next to the list of buildings.

Example: As shown in the attached property schedule, merging the cells for "1309 Upper Wetumpka Road, Montgomery, AL" and centering it alongside the numbered list of buildings creates a much cleaner, less cluttered layout.
