Hey Robert, sorry for the delay in circling back on this. It's unlikely we're going to remap #NamedInsured from the Firm Name - that would have a major impact on the agencies already using and relying on that field as is.
It sounds like your problem could be solved with 2 new dynamic fields. Maybe #CustomerAccount or #AccountName that maps to the account level (instead of the policy level) and something like #CustomerContact or similar that would print customer's name. Does that sound like what you're looking for?

Hey Eric, This is for the name of a company the proposal is being built for, It is still mapped to firm name inside of a policy, not under the account. I would also prefer if there was a company name field and a company's owners name field.
Hey Robert, right now we have dyanmic fields for both #WritingCompany and #ParentCompany that will pull in the carrier information. This information is also included in the "Basic Policy Information" table. Is there additional information you need?
