Need ability to create a title page in addition to the cover page

We would like to have the ability to add what I would call a "title page" to the proposal template in addition to the Custom Cover Page.

We want the cover page to simply be our branding with our agency name and then have another page - the title page with "proposal created for" info with the client name and presented by, etc. Also with more flexibility to pull the title of the presented by name.

It's possible to create this now, but the "title page" has to be a reusable section and gets built into the table of contents. So when it prints, the cover page is beautiful with our branding, but the TOC page comes next and then the "title page".

Maybe adding an option in the Cover Page section to add an additional page or allow a reusable section to be built so that it doesn't appear in the TOC.

I know we can move the pages around once we print to pdf and put them in the order we want, but the original numbering of the pages remains and that's a problem.
